Forgive my thought's running (inspired by but not really about a girl, read between the lines!)

Sunshine second
Missed by a minute or a mile
Believed by a beggar in denial
He heated it in the hour forthcoming
The moments they should have spent running
He assumed her his analeptic addiction
She blossomed beyond his outstretched reach
He did not understand unwilling to usurp
So he sat by signaling the stronger stallions
Land I’ve lost one day I will come home.

not just an iris

Bright eyed girl with rocks in her hands
She refuses to understand
She said she feels no trouble besides the water in the sands
She said she has no complacency, no subscription to any brand
But the rocks told another story
They felt the grip of her palms and fingers
If these rocks could speak they would tell a story of loss and false victory
A story lost in the ears of cold male strangers
It would never be heard
She never uttered a word

In Her Teacup

Soaking in her glory
My will and ways diffuse
Bit by bit
I can’t feel myself without
Feeling her
I am being diluted
Bit by bit
The world has be reduced
To matters held in the water
Influenced by the scent and descent
Of the leaves
The world can take us in
Bit by bit
